Orange Hawkweed
Orange Hawkweed (Hieracium aurantiacum)

Found in dry pastures, fields, and roadsides, this plant grows to an average height of 30cm to 60cm, blooming during the summer. The name hawkweed comes from the erroneous idea that hawks eat the flowers to improve their vision.
